When I saw that L.L.Bean was featured in the Portland Press Herald recently for sales growth of 14% despite the challenges of the pandemic, I was intrigued. With my experience implementing an e-commerce site for a small business amid the pandemic and seeing how that saved the company, I feel energetic to grow and feel I could excel in the experiential marketing planner position. I am excited to see this position become available that closely matches my future career aspirations.

My role, Assistant to Operations, Educational Programs Coordinator & Media Content Manager at Collinsville Canoe & Kayak has allowed me to show that I am enthusiastic and great at collaborating and communicating with my fellow colleagues. I have analyzed media data trends to align with business goals, generated original content to edit, publish and post daily, and marketed the addition of an online retail store at the beginning of the pandemic. My most recent experience at Castle Hill Inn as a reservations and front desk agent allowed me to expand my network and curate unforgettable experiences through selling inn room stays, excursions, dining, and more for guests that left a lasting impression. Additionally, I have done marketing for the University of New England’s Activities Programming Board, which plans most large-scale events on campus through social media channels and print media. I have about five years of client relations, sales, and administrative experience, culminating through these opportunities as well as a semester-long marketing internship at Apex Youth Connection in Biddeford, ME and my current role as an Educator at Lululemon in South Portland, ME. 

I find the work you’re doing as a company to be innovative and refreshing while maintaining the traditional charm that is known and loved by L.L.Bean consumers. Considering my passion and enthusiasm for marketing, I would love to further my skill set and work for your marketing department.
